- Start Clean: Before applying body butter, ensure your skin is clean. It's best to apply after a shower or bath when your skin is slightly damp, as this helps with absorption.
- Hand Hygiene: Wash your hands thoroughly to avoid transferring any dirt or bacteria onto your skin.
- Prep the Butter: Scoop out a small amount of body butter with your fingers. If the butter feels too hard, use the top of your nail to scoop some out. Remember, a little goes a long way!
- Warm It Up: Before applying to your body, massage the body butter between your hands. This melts the butter, making it easier to spread and enhancing its absorption.
- Apply with Care: Gently massage the warmed body butter onto your skin in a circular motion. Focus on dry areas, or areas of concern such as psoriasis patches, or dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels for extra hydration..
- Let It Absorb: Allow a few minutes for the body butter to sink into your skin before dressing. This ensures you get all the moisturising benefits without any residue on your clothes.
